administrator;

records (a section is an instance of a course/event)

- Create meeting dates/times
for In-Class and Web-Cast teaching modes
- Assign teaching modes to courses
- Assign instructors and classrooms
to courses (applicable for In-Class teaching mode)
- Assign mentors to Online courses
- Assign Online content to courses
from built-in LCMS
- Add/Maintain individual student
records (or clone from student prospect records)
- Add/Maintain other Corporate
accounts and corporate contacts
- Create and Maintain
Instructor/Faculty records
- Recruit new Instructors/Faculty
- Maintain Instructor/Faculty
Resumes, Qualifications and schedule
- Maintain Online Exams repository
- View Faculty and Course
Evaluations by Students
- Maintain marketing profiles and
create/maintain CAN-SPAN compliant Bulk-eMail schedule
- Interface and communicate with
Assigned Counselor, Instructors and other Admin staff through Chat
sessions, Online Forums
- Maintain Student Registration,
Billing and Accounts Receivable records if applicable
Students can Study when they want, where
